Pros
The company gives you the room to use good judgement while working on projects. They expect if you identify a problem to also recommend a solution, and they are open to your suggestions. They pay a reasonable salary for work expected. The vacation benefit is reasonable. There is room for advancement for those qualified and motivated to perform at exemplary levels.
Cons
As with most largew corporations transparency is touted as one of the companies mantras, however actual practice leaves a lot to be desired. It is primarily a contracting company providing services to the government so long term employment is generally not realistic (unless you apply for employment on one of their declared/established contracts.
