Pros
Got 28.37 and 180 LOA as a 1st year welding apprentice. 24 and 4 shift 10 hour days. Made a killing in 9 weeks
Cons
Coworkers and field level management were ok but overall was disorganised. They really stressed about future opportunities over and over, getting your hopes up. Never heard a thing. Coworkers said this would be the case.
