Pros
Since the intergration with URS has been completed we seem to have a much strong managment team. This is a better company to work for than many perceive it to be. I f you work hard and professionally then it is a good company.
Cons
Lack of focus on employee training and evelopment however after speaking with leadership this is starting to be rectified
