Pros
Large, global company with many large, interesting projects. Opportunities to work with talented, experienced professionals.
Cons
Tremendous degree of confusion regarding roles, especially in the wake of changes in leadership and the acquisition of URS. Very frustrating environment, especially for middle managers needing to deal with constantly changing, complex systems for project administration and multiple layers of oversight. Extremely poor communication between company leadership and rank-and-file employees. Employees are actively discouraged from sharing concerns with their colleagues. Opportunities for training in areas of specialization are extremely limited.
