Pros
The company is pretty large and therefore you can get a lot of assistance from other team members on projects. Flexible with working from home and time off. Decent pay.
Cons
Not a lot of upwards mobility, especially for non-engineers. Very archaic structure for working your way up. No clear or obvious promotions or even pay raises to work towards or motivate, you just get your starting salary and then 2-5% pay raise every year. No bonus. There is a huge gap between age groups at my branch. Many people in there early to mid 20's, and many people late 40's early 50's. Very clear sign that most people in their late 20's and 30's are jumping ship due to lack of opportunity or incentive. I enjoy working here and enjoy the people/job, but unless this is your first 1-3 years of working, it's almost detrimental to your career and cost of living to stay too long.
