Pros
Above average benefits, big projects with long term schedules, free coffee and great colleagues. Work life balance is very good.
Cons
The company is continuing the cheap out and softly reduce benefits each year. It is like a salary renegotiation with out me being involved. It is hard to move up the ladder. There is no ladder, just work.
