Pros
Large,ambitious, bullish to grow, open to innovation, good team culture between depts, Generally high quality staff /team members. AEG brand is very impressive to external people.
Cons
Poor SR management, terrible HR (very very slow and impacts projects), low salaries, very high turnover over in some roles vs other positions have people there for 20 years and hard to move up. Priority on some depts while others languish.
