      -Great job stability (ahead of pandemic) -Family and close-knit environment on many teams -Cool properties that the company has under its portfolio -Good work/life balance opportunities when needed

      Cons

      -Salaries that are well below market and inflated titles -Not a ton of brand recognition by parent company -"Lifers" that are not qualified for their jobs but have been there for 10+ years -Lack of employee recognition and engagement
