It used to be a better place when privately owned. Slowly it changed in time with private equity ownership then public company acquisition.

Paycheck and good coworkers nothing else to note

Cons

Management takes advantage of you HR doesn't do anything Hires outside the union when the union mandates all factory workers be in said union
