      Pros

      Good community, most people care about their work, engineers want to build good products. Your coworkers and first level of management is great, so the day-to-day is fun.

      Cons

      Company is trying to be a large company, so their are frequent, unwieldy changes in policy. Management at the top level doesn't seem to care about building cutting edge products - a strong "make it work, not work well" mentality. Pushes hard for uncompensated overtime.
