      Pros

      I work at headquarters in Solana Beach, CA. Offices are extremely well maintained and equipped. Every person I met during interview process was very kind, welcoming and ensured I had a good experience. Now that I'm 90 days in, I'm so glad I trusted my gut and stepped out of my comfortable (but toxic) job and pursued AEVEX. The company is growing, and putting great people in place to manage the growth.

      None that I have encountered, but it's been a short time so far.
