Pros
Pay is very competitive if you go in with a good mind to learn everything possible there can be good money made there. Straight days and nights no rotation. Decent benefits If your a sorry worker that wonts to make good money and have people not care if you make bad product this is your place trust me they only fire the ones that Acctually give a crap about the company.
Cons
If you show your an outstanding employee you will be taken advantage of on a daily basses. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians. They hold they great operators to different standards then other and I promise you if you make one mistake you will be gone no questions asked.
