      Pros

      They are growing, the company is becoming more professional and actively working to engage employees. There is opportunity for the right people to grow in their careers.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's difficult to get out ahead of the problems because time is spent "putting out fires" rather than being proactive. Very much at the beck and call of their largest client.

      Long commute for me, but worth it Quickly changing industry, so AFL makes changes to stay up on current customer demands - not a negative con, just something to keep up with
