Pros
I joined AFL after looking at their strong financial history, and, more importantly, the goals and strategy of attaining the goals for the future. Not only do I see a company who is already successful, but one who is poised to transform significantly to attain even more growth. In addition to the opportunities such growth can open up, you can see how the company has succeeded to date. The associates are friendly, hard-working people who are truly valued in the organization. With such a good foundational culture and great employees, the future looks great!
Cons
Like any company poised to transform, there are silos that need to be broken down. There are plenty of opportunities, but make no mistake, there are plenty of challenges to overcome. Don't come to AFL to coast!
