      Increase in salary to my previous position.

      Cons

      Cheapest company I've ever seen. They use natural light for the lighting, otherwise everything was on motion sensors and dark unless someone walked by. They made everyone clock in and out for the day and for lunch breaks. The environment was very cold and toxic with angry older women who just talk gossip. Not a place I wanted to be.

      Long commute for me, but worth it Quickly changing industry, so AFL makes changes to stay up on current customer demands - not a negative con, just something to keep up with
