Thank you for sharing your observations. AFS has worked very hard to provide an outstanding benefits package to our employees. We are very proud that this hard work has allowed us to not have any increases in our employee premiums for health insurance in three years. AFS takes pride in promoting from within and building up our current workforce. Some of these roles are managerial and do require additional training. We always strive to set our employees and managers up for success. We are working to build a solid structure in our policies and procedures which provides a more fair practice throughout the company.
