I'm sorry that you feel this way. I'm not sure how recent you left AFS but leadership changes have been made and we've already seen improvements from the top down. One of the major initiatives our new CEO is focused on is protecting the core of the business, which includes our employees and customers. The current HR & Culture team has a leader who put the employees first and always focuses on doing the right thing. This is not only recognized by the leadership team but from the employees, as well.
