First, I'd like to apologize for the delay in this response. Thank you for taking the time to write your review on your experience at AFS. We value and consider all feedback and we will continue to find ways to improve as an organization but I'd like to address a couple of your specific concerns here. As AFS grows, we will continue to work with a best in class insurance broker to ensure competitive plans and premiums for our offered benefits. We are on the fourth consecutive year that AFS employees have not had an increase in premiums. As far as transparency, AFS is holding town hall meetings where our C-Suite executives speak on the financial and organization performance. This has proven to be helpful in engaging our employees in the business model. Employees are encouraged to ask questions and to provide feedback during these meetings and on a regular basis.
