Account Manager - Account Manager AFS Logistics Employee Review

I can’t speak for every department at AFS but I will speak to what I’ve experienced as an AM. I love this company. I’m not really sure what others consider negative morale/culture but this isn’t it. I am not saying that AFS hasn’t had ups and downs but they do have a vision. Sure, they want to grow their company but they also want to grow their employees. EVERY company has their ups & downs... it happens everywhere/everyday. I can tell you that I was terrified to work at AFS, mostly bc of the reviews that are posted on this site. I almost turned down a position with a fantastic team. Leslie & Eric are fantastic! I couldn’t ask for better people to work for. I am so thankful that they took the time & effort to squash my fears. Again, I have first hand experience of a negative work environment. That is not AFS. My advice to anyone reading reviews...there are always 2 sides to every story. If you want answers ask questions.
