Pros

There have been lots of change to the company in the last 12 months. I think that if AFS takes care of their people and really listens to the people "in the field" then this can be a great company. The president cares for the employees and takes time to listen to anyone with concerns.

Cons

Lots of remote offices on different systems. Sometimes the EC does not see that change needs to be made in order to keep the great, long-term employees.

Thanks for your input. We recognize that we need to get all of our users on one platform and are working towards that goal. We hope that our employees recognize the changes we implement this year to make this a destination workplace.
