Pros

Able to advance if you are willing to put in the work required. The company has a main location in Tampa Florida and is located close to the airport.

Cons

Upper management is more interested in saving labor dollars than giving the customer the service that is being paid for. Constant layoffs while the company is prospering is demoralizing to the personnel left to do the work of more than one person. Constant threat of being out sourced and laid off is not a good atmosphere to work in. Outsourcing mapping to India where the food is not even remotely the same was/is resulting in massive errors in billing and reporting.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
