Pros

New upper management and key employees in the last year have brought good changes. Seems they really care about the success of the people, not just the "companies". There is a nice feeling of "team" between departments and various locations.

Cons

AFS has made a few acquisitions in the last few years, and had changes in management staff. That may be scary to some, but to others it's an exciting challenge. AFS grew and thrived during the recent recession. Not many companies can say that. The management is doing a good job bringing together the multiple products and locations into the core company. Things are really coming together.

Pros

Base Pay is good, Pay is on time.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
