Pros

There are no pros to working for this disgusting organization.

Cons

CEO and executive level management are completely out of touch with their employees. Executive level management is only interested in the bottom line, no matter who they have to eliminate or hurt to increase profit. The corporation is disgusting at best. Executives and managers lie to their employees on a regular basis regarding everything from salaries to bonuses; and are not penalized for doing so. The new CEO is only interested in outsourcing jobs to India; and the management has no clue how to run an organization effectively.

Pros

Base Pay is good, Pay is on time.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
