Pros

WorkLife Balance is high because of the flexibility to work from home.

Cons

CEO, Joe Bellini, is a narcissistic bully who starts every week with two hour long Monday team meetings that beat each individual contributor down to pulp before sending them off to scrape themselves off the ground and try to have a successful and productive week. Moral in the upper tiers of AFS is zero because everyone direct reports into a tyrannical CEO.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
