Pros

Hours were nice, people were ok to work with, weekends off, management was good to work with.

Cons

not organized, very boring job. Everyday was the same over and over again. Pay was horrible for the amount of work needed to get done. Jobs were being sent over seas too.

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
