Pros

It's a paycheck. Some nice people, but everyone's got an undertone of a bad mood because the office culture is so barren.

Cons

It all stems from the borderline unhuman CEO. He literally is like a robot, void of emotion (other than fiery rage), roaming around the office looking for people to yell at or belittle. I have never heard such constant verbal abuse in a workplace setting. I was lucky to never know him enough to be the target of his rage but I overheard it to people's faces and on the phone. The guy would literally leave his office door open while he verbally berated people on the phone. Because he sets the tone for such a terrible workplace, I think it trickles down from there. Nobody seems to have any fun or enjoy each other. It's the quietest office you will ever experience - it feels like a testing center most of the time. I rarely heard a good word spoken about the place. I would be willing to bet that all the good reviews on this site are fabricated by the management team to try to boost their overall score. Nobody in their right mind would rate this place 4 stars or above. Period. Finally, I don't think their product offerings were that great either because they were just a hodgepodge of products gained through acquisitions. All of the product knowledge are in the heads of a select few who are too overworked to be able to pass it along to anybody else. Sales struggles to book deals because they aren't adequately trained and the products are overpriced for smaller companies (many many sales lost to less expensive competitors) and not feature-rich or user-friendly enough for larger companies (lose out to bigger name ERP and WMS providers). There were some good apples there but a lot of them got poached by competition, which I'm sure isn't hard to do - show a corporate atmosphere that has any signs of life and a CEO that smiles ever and you'll easily convince someone to transfer. I honestly feel bad for anybody left working there - I can't imagine spending another day in that office.

Pros

Base Pay is good, Pay is on time.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
