People I worked with from company that was acquired by AFS.

Cons

Where do I start. The people running this company have no idea what it means to value an employee. No reviews, or talk of growth ever happen here . They are only concerned with trying to acquire more companies. No idea why since every company they have acquired over the years are never integrated with other ones. Every company still runs as a separate group with no plans to integrate everything.

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
