Pros

Nice area. Building is beautiful. Some very nice people work here. If you like change, you will like it here. Your job description changes every day, sometimes without your knowledge.

Cons

NO value placed on employee retention. Turn over is terrible. When someone leaves, they just redistribute the work to the poor saps left holding the bag. M.O. is to purchase other software companies. Unfortunately, the powers that be do not seem to consider whether or not we have the staffing or knowledge to take on new enterprises, sometimes in foreign countries. Very unrealistic expectations.

Cons

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
