Pros

The staff at AFS are good, hard working individuals. The products would be geat if the development and technology direction wasn't so mismanaged.

Cons

The company is a dead end for anyone considering for a career. Management is dysfunctional and changes focus and direction on a monthly basis. Products simply don't work. Programming is outsourced to India with no management oversight or QA. Customer base is very dissatisfied as implementations are rough and last for years.

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
