Ceo & Management has no idea why they are running this company they are just destroying careers of many 3. Seniors themselves don't have any skills or knowledge of IT sector whether it's technical, communication. 4. All they know is Politics. 5. They don't even respect female staff in the organization. 6. Micromanagement is at it's peak. 7. Join this only you are need, else Don't as there is no job security. 8. Egoistic and Arrogant Seniors who are insecure of their juniors. 9.Worst Company
