Low pay compared to similar positions in the same field General negative morale with projects consistently behind schedule Expected overtime with no compensation Slow response time to workplace harassment, or no response at all Little to no opportunity for career growth High employee turnover rate Executive team is not transparent and will go back on their word Overall, the company is losing business and having a hard time turning things around. This has led to some cuts on non-essential expenses and layoffs. The executive leadership team continues to lie to the employee base about the state of the company to try to lessen the high employee turnover.
