Good pay, poor management - Project Engineer AGI Employee Review

Management is extremely poorly organized. Only one level of upper management that handles the entire organization's movement from coops to senior engineers/managers, making it very difficult to have any sense of direction. High turnover due to little to no expectation of work and projects. Very cut-throat management with selfish bias towards older employees and those that they like. Expected to work long hours from day one.
