      Good experience with big food industry companies, pay overtime for weekly hours (straight time only), now a part of AGI, good starting salary with years of service raises

      Cons

      High workload, long weeks, everyone is working all the time so it can be hard to get the support required, not the best team environment

      Leadership cares and listen's. The Company is going through changes/challenges just like all other companies. They are doing the best they can.

      Management was not so good - very passive aggressive and disorganized and don’t expect overtime from your employees
