A team work culture widely spread in the company and always encouraging employees to adopt core values by the time they take care of the employees. Flexibility to work.

Cons

AGS is in process to grow and expand to other countries, but sometimes it seems need to have a better planning to do so

-Wonderful coworkers and culture, very friendly and welcoming, as well as passionate and hard-working -The best training of my career, thorough and patient -Managers listen, gather information, and make decisions that help the whole team -Office and facilities are nice

-Communication between large teams (including admins) is lacking, which causes inefficiencies

Everything from the people to the culture is amazing! Just a great place to work at - best in my 35+ years in IT.

There are distinct groups within the company that are each doing their own thing...but even this is a great opportunity to help build enterprise standards.
