Pros
The company is highly focused on growth, not only on the numbers, but also on people stepping up and doing things differently. Leadership seems to understand that the success of their teams results in success on the business, which is hopeful and inspires middle management. As a PE owned company, this focus is resulting in positive financial results. AHEAD also has good benefits.
Cons
As with all big companies, there could be corporate obstacles to overcome. Some 'big idea' initiatives that take a long time to get off the ground, could end up being not adopted and therefore really wasn't a great use of time. There are places that less than productive individuals could hide, causing inequity amongst other team members, friction and frustration. There are still people that are 'protected' because of who they know or where they came from, while the majority of employees just see that as wasteful spending of the company. These are big company problems, and overall it is a great place to work.
