Pros

- Great company - Great benefits - Great culture - Amazing opportunities I have worked in a few very large companies in the last 15 years of my career so coming to a small company was a little thought provoking during the interview process but meeting the key players during that process who answered all of my questions and concerns put that to rest. On top of that, during the orientation meeting every part of the executive team was a real pro. The office is a "google" like office with plenty of snacks, drinks and laughter but be ready to buckle down when needed to get the job done. The last HUGE pro in my mind is they push their employees to get training and get certified frequently. I have paid for all of my own training in the past so coming to a company that will assist in your education was another huge plus.

Cons

No major issues or concerns yet. The main con to some people may be the amount of work and opportunity this company will allow you to be apart of. Coming from a much, much larger company it has been a very eye opening experience thus far.

Pros

Going from a toxic employer to AHEAD has been the best change for my happiness. Everyone at AHEAD is motivated, positive, and willing to help each other. I no longer dread logging into work, and even enjoy the days where I have to work a bit longer or go the extra mile, because I know it will be appreciated and I can take the time I need in return. Having unlimited PTO you don't get shamed for using is amazing. I've been supported in my efforts and have a lot of autonomy without micromanagement, which is a great feeling. Upper management really trusts you and trusts in the hire.

Cons

While being in a high-growth company is exciting, it can also be exhausting. Sometimes you need the "rocket ship" to take a beat, but there is no real lull. More company-wide time off would be helpful so that you can get a break where you don't come back to 50+ emails per day. The only other downside is that due to the fabulous employee retention, people stay in their roles for a looong long time. There are not a lot of opportunities for upward mobility as a result, from what I have seen thus far.
