Pros

A good learning experience for beginers. Pay is good considering 0 experience and just my phlebotomy license. Unionized which is a plus.

Cons

Way too many patients, at least the morning shift. Rarely any downtime. SOME toxic co-workers sadly. Not much room to grow, but that's more of the title fault than the companies. NO BENEFITS due to being part time but thats how EVERYONE started.
