Highly political, great direction from management but lack of action. Uncompetitive promotion and adjustment (if any) for the past few year. Keep in the dark for important decision, promote transparency on less meaningful item which is puzzling. Lack of training opportunity for those on the floor. Too much metric, is this really useful measure or just for show ? Too many people manager who is actually powerless. HR ? What HR ? understaffed and disconnected. Will not recommend any friend irregardless how much your referral is.
