Pros

Flexible work arrangement and good benefits/PTO

Cons

Most of the company hasn’t received raises in 5+ years, management says there’s “no money” but they’re constantly replacing the executive leadership, buying out old contracts and bringing in new people including creating new positions. They have millions to spend on crappy leadership but nothing to invest in the rank and file who actually do the work. It’s a culture of the haves and the have nots; the rules don’t apply to all and if you’re high enough or have friends who are high enough you can get away with anything. They’re constantly laying people off and reorganizing. No group is properly staffed and morale is in the toilet. Leadership holds town halls where they say nothing informative or of any value, questions are planted with pre-scripted answers. They’re constantly asking for our feedback and then nothing ever changes. It’s a toxic environment and culture.
