Terrible work culture - Customer Service AIG Employee Review

Carless corporate environment. No help, you are left at "sink or swim with the sharks". Management is sneaking up each other's butts and who refuses looses. Departments are run by inexperienced, no people skills whatsoever wannabe managers. People without degrees are being hired because of lack of employees. Very high turnover rate due to bogus attendance and performance policies. Toxic work atmosphere because of micromanagement and managers with attitude. If you care about your wellbeing stay away from that place, because they don't care about you at all.
