      An amazing team of smart, wonderful people collaborating on solving a huge problem in an antiquated industry. Great culture, great working environment. Hard working and hard playing. Company Support for classes, certifications, conferences, etc.

      Cons

      As a startup there is always the risk of failure, in our case we were shut down due to the problems facing our sole backer, AIG.
