      I’ve been with AIM Consulting Group for almost three years, and it’s been a consistently positive experience. The team is professional and collaborative, and help is always available when you need it. HR is responsive, and my manager provides clear direction and actionable feedback. AIM genuinely cares about employees and creates an environment where you can do high-quality work and keep learning.

      Great company, great leadership. Tools to do job well are slightly lacking and tough market, but overall great experience through the years.

      - Nice office - A few smart and talented employees

      Cons

      - Tight-knight, "family" vibe: good if you've been there 15 years, but buyer beware if you haven't. - Poor project delivery, lack the ingredients to get there - Leadership clueless - internal politics requires them to sell out AIM to please the parent company, the Addison Group - Nearly weekly firing of employees creates unhealthy environment
