Pros

Beautiful office, one of the best I’ve ever seen. In marketing, if you have a good manager, you’ll get a lot of freedom to campaigns.

Cons

This place is going downhill, and fast. If the 2.7 rating scares you, know that there are dozens of bad but honest reviews that have been deleted and the true rating is even worse. Outdated technology, toxic mean girls, incompetent leadership - this place has it all. Sad because there is so much potential and to the outside world this company looks like an industry leader and the place to grow your career and learn in-demand skills. People are worried for their jobs and know that any day the company could just collapse. Everyone with any sense of common sense is looking for a way out. Recruiters will tell you anything just to sign the deal but just know it’s nothing like it seems.

During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
