We know our success is due to our incredibly passionate team of Associates and we hope to continue to create meaningful value for all our people. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. We also believe celebrating our Associates is essential to our business and a core value of our culture. Over the past few years, we have been more intentional about not only communicating our vision but giving our Associates the opportunity to shape it. That’s one of the reasons we have a robust annual planning process that all Associates are invited to participate in – giving everyone an opportunity to share valuable insights and recommendations to help bring our vision to life. Lots of different roles within the chain of command so different objectives are being passed down Sometimes hard to feel if you're making a difference

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
