5yThanks for your feedback. We offer a competitive benefits plan for all of our full-time and part-time, permanent Associates from their very first day. We also place a large focus on rolling out programs and resources geared toward Associate’s physical and mental wellness. This year we enhanced our wellness subsidy for our Associates to use towards things such as new running shoes, virtual yoga or personal training sessions, smoking cessation programs or fitness equipment.
I agree that the environment can have high-pressure and high demands in order to best support our vision. While we aim to provide the right challenges to keep all of our Associates engaged and motivated, we also value work-life balance and offer many benefits to support mental and physical wellbeing to help avoid burnout. Last year we launched MindBeacon- a digital cognitive behavioural therapy platform available to our employees and their immediate family members to help provide support when life feels overwhelming.
