Thanks for leaving your feedback. We offer a competitive benefits plan for all of our full-time and part-time, permanent Associates from their very first day. We also place a large focus on rolling out programs and resources geared toward Associate’s physical and mental wellness. We hope that Associates are taking advantage of all the benefits available to them. I’m sorry that your experience at AIR MILES did not match our intention of being the best place to work. The work environment is fast-paced and we do have high expectations in order to best support our Collectors. Creating and maintaining a strong and effective Customer Care Centre is extremely important to us. In fact, AIR MILES is ranked in the top 5% of call centres in Canada for providing a world-class experience to our over 10 million Collectors. Our Customer Care Ambassadors take a proactive, unscripted approach to problem-solving and we provide them with robust tools and self-service options to support them. The goal is to keep it simple and work smart – and fast! It certainly is a rewarding role, but we understand it’s not for everyone. Thank you again for leaving a review. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
