Thank you for your review. Let me be clear that we have not been bought out or sold. On October 13, 2021, it was announced that the LoyaltyOne segment of Alliance Data Systems (ADS), which includes AIR MILES, would become its own independent publicly traded company called, Loyalty Ventures Inc. This is not a buy-out but rather a spin-off. This has been in the works for some time and will finally come to fruition on November 8, 2021. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in.
