People love working here for all kinds of reasons and as a company that values its people, we will continue to do everything we can to provide a world-class Associate experience. Career growth and Associate development is very important to us and we make it a priority to invest in our learning and development programs to give our Associates the tools they need to succeed. This year already, over 35% of our hires have been from internal transfers and promotions, and this is something we are proud of! We are continuing to take steps to actively drive change and have recently shared a new career-levelling framework so that we can keep providing movement and progression opportunities to our Associates. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
