Thanks for sharing your feedback. AIR MILES uses world-class data management and analytics platforms; making it a great place to grow your career in Data and Analytics. Work-life balance is a priority at AIR MILES. We manage this through ‘no-meeting’ time blocks during the week, checking in with Associates through surveys and providing Leaders with support & resources to help their teams manage their work-life balance. As well, we recently had an AIR MILES Wellness Day where we shut down all our offices on the same day for Associates to take time to focus on themselves and spend time with family/friends. This is in addition to Loyalty Days which Associates can take throughout the year to take time for themselves. We invest in the ongoing growth and development of our Leaders. Last year we took steps to implement Leadership Key Performance Objectives to measure leadership effectiveness, along with a leadership survey to solicit Associate feedback to continue to grow our leadership capabilities.

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
