AIR MILES is a large company, employing over 1,000 Associates, and keeping our Associates organized, accountable, and having specific designated roles is key for success. Our AIR MILES org chart continues to evolve to address the needs of the business and Associates. From process flows, approval flows, and other types of decisions, our org chart’s purpose is to provide clarity to our organization, eliminate confusion amongst Associates and teams, and benefit the associates with a clear understanding of their career path. Lots of different roles within the chain of command so different objectives are being passed down Sometimes hard to feel if you're making a difference

We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
